Hand Protection

To protect your hands from cuts, scratches, burns, bruises, and chemicals use hand protection. Warning: Do not wear gloves around moving machinery or parts.

Mechanic and Work gloves. Mechanic and work gloves provide good hand protection. Work gloves are great for performing work on tires and exhaust. Extremely worn tires can have sharp steel belts poking out from the tread. Exhaust systems can be hot and have rusty holes that can cut your hands. Form fitting mechanic gloves can help you grip tools.

Disposable Gloves. Use disposable gloves when you are working with oils, greases, and chemicals.
